What can I expect? You can expect to lose weight, tone up, build endurance, meet great people, learn how to eat and get fit all while having fun.
Why OFC? The Orlando Fit Club’s Boot Camp is a fun way to help individuals meet their fitness goals. Held outside, we enjoy nature while doing a variety of different workouts which keep the class interesting. The campers encourage and push one another to meet their goals.
Is nutritional guidance offered? Yes! One of the things that separate our camp from others is that we offer nutritional guidance and provide members with a meal plan and menu.
Where is the camp located? The camp is held in the East Park Community in Lake Nona. The campers meet near the tennis courts across from the lake.

What kind of exercises? We utilize the FST concept. Our camp is fun because we utilize a variety of different exercises to work every part of the body. We like to focus on working the core, because when the core is strong, you are able to strengthen the rest of the body.
How long is the camp? The camp is 45 minutes 4 days a week for 4 weeks.
Which days are the sessions held? The camp is Monday thru Thursday.
What time is the camp? The camp is from 6:15 am till 7:00 am (If you are interested in doing the camp another time of the day, please tact us).
What if it rains? If it rains, the session will be made up.
Will the exercises be hard? The exercises are designed to help you to reach your fitness goals. All exercises have an alternate variation for beginners.
What kind of people will I meet? The camp has many individuals of different fitness levels. You will find members who have not exercised in years, to those that are training for a marathon. All campers help motivate and encourage one another. You will establish friendships and meet wonderful people who have goals similar to yours.
What if I am in terrible shape and have not worked out in years? That is why we are here. We will help jump start your fitness and get you on track to living a healthier fit lifestyle.
What if I am already in shape? Many campers are already in shape and looking for an alternative to going to the gym for staying in shape.
How much is the class? Please go to the camp schedule for camp rates.
How much weight will I lose? If you follow the nutritional guidance and exercise program, you can lose 10 to 20 pounds in a month.
Will I be yelled at? No! Campers will be encouraged and pushed to reach their maximum potential.
